Fusion CX Expands in Manila and Legazpi with 1,000 Seats Across Two facilities: Deepens Investment in its CX Operations in the Philippines

Fusion CX, a global customer experience and BPO leader with multiple delivery sites across the Philippines officially launch its new site in Metro Manila. It is located in the 7th Floor of 500 Shaw, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City with a capacity of 836 seats.

The Manila expansion comes on the heels of the Legazpi City launch, where the company has already begun nurturing regional talent into global CX leaders. With established operations in Cebu and Silang, the Manila and Legazpi centers now serve as pillars of Fusion CX's delivery strategy centered on inclusive growth, decentralized talent development, and technology -powered transformation .
