One of the workshops discussed in the "Own Christmas! A Pre-Holiday Blogger’s Workshop" is the cooking show presented by Chef Carol Bonifacio of URC.  Chef Carol conducted demo on how to prepare a special pasta.  It is special because of its ingredients which most Mom will likely to choose for their kids.  It has Malunggay and Carrots bits.  Oops, don't worry about the vegie flavor because its tasteless :).  The El Real Shrimp with Sundried Tomato Pesta.

Ingredients for El Real Shrimp with Sundried Tomato Pesto Pasta

1 kg  EL Real Healthy Spaghetti
8 cloves Chopped Garlic (medium)
1 pc  Chopped White Onion (medium)
1 pc  Roasted Green Bell Pepper (Julienne)
500 g  Peeled Shrimps 
400 g  Canned Sundried Tomato Pesto
1/3 cup Diluted Beef Stock 
½ tbsp. Dried Basil
2/3 tbsp. Dried Oregano
5.5 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp.  Salt
¼ tsp.  Pepper
6.5 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

Procedure in the preparation of El Real Shrimp with Sundried Tomato Pesto Pasta

1. Cook El Real Healthy Spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. Sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers in olive oil then add shrimps.
3. Add sundried tomatoes and beef stock then reduce heat.
4. Season with basil, salt, pepper and oregano.
5. Toss in El Real Healthy Spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
